At Half-Moon Outfitters, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear and apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and labels are still attached and intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
